How do i unlock these with a PVE character??

i've done the Zaishen challenge and unlocked Zaishen Elite. I believe i have also done the basic training. I had all the hero's bar Razah (which i have used my Balthazar faction to unlock)

What have i missed?? I've looked on Guildwiki and seem to have met the requirements? Is there someone in particular i need to talk to??

Sorry, should have made that clear - yes i have Nightfall - i have completed the PVE campaign and have all heroes

So I have been trying to figure out a way to unlock hero battles with my PVE character. I'm coming up with a blank (wiki says there is a bug), so I contact A-Net Support. I don't get an answer other than "please post in the forums"

So I did a search on the forum to see if anybody has figured it out and found this to be the latest post about it.

So I'm posting on a forum for developers to see. I never get a clear answer.

There is plenty talk of this on multiple forums. It seems that you must make a PVP character in order to unlock the Hero Battles.

Again My problem is that i have all 10 of my slots filled with Maxed out characters (beat all 3 campaings and multiple items in inventory). I won't delete a slot to create a PVP character for 5 mins to unlock Hero battles. Nor do I feel it would be right to purchase another slot to make a PVP character because I would not use the slot, because i would be using my other 10 slots.

So the question is "Will I ever be able to unlock HERO BATTLES with a PVE character?" I have tried everything on multiple forums and no luck. I have unlocked everything that I can use with balthazar points(maxed out). I'm out of ideas. Please let me know.

Searching through forums, I have found that I can only unlock hero battles by making a PVP character. I have 10 slots with maxed out characters (beat all 3 campaigns etc). Deleting a character is not an option and paying 10 dollars for a PVP slot is not the greatest option for me. Is there any way to unlock hero battles with a PVE character? If not... will there be a way anytime soon?

the only reply I get is to keep posting on forums for devs to read.

This problem is still not fixed. I feel punished for finishing the game too early on all my characters.

Has anybody figured this out?

They've fixed a couple of bugs or whatever in the Hero Battles yet still neglect to fix the problem of people not being able to actually get there. I don't understand it.
